September VMQG meeting

Our next meeting is 7:00pm, Monday, October 15th

What: Vancouver Modern Quilt Guild Meeting
Membership renewal: Your VMQG membership expires on October 31st, so please come to this meeting ready to renew your membership! New members can fill out the membership form and bring it to the meeting along with their payment.

When: 7:00-9:00pm, Monday, October 15th, 2012 (we have switched meeting dates to the third Monday of the month) Doors open at 6:30pm, come early and renew your membership!
Where: Room C509, Langara College, 100 West 49th Avenue, Vancouver (on W 49th between Cambie and Main)

What to bring:
- $50 dues for 2012/13 (cheque or cash) or guest fee ($5)
- Halloween Challenge block/s
- $10/sew-in registration fees for upcoming sew-ins (October 28th and November 9th)
- a modern quilt to share at Show and Tell, if you like you can also bring in a scary quilt (perhaps your first quilt) to fit the Halloween theme
- your name tag
- a mug (none will be supplied)
- treats are welcomed, please email Nancy at refreshments@vancouvermodernquiltguild.ca if you plan to bring a treat. Spooky treats would be great!
- donations of door prizes are always appreciated! Please bring donations to the meeting and sign up at the door prize table.
