Please email Amy and see if there are spaces left in the workshop you’re interested in, then use the Paypal buttons on this blog post to pay for the workshops!

How do you sign up? it’s a little different than our usual classes.
Workshops will be $90 for members, $100 for non-members.

The first round of signups start NOW and will go until the end of the March 21st VMQG meeting. A payment for each class must be submitted when signing up to hold your spot. Members can sign up for one or more classes, but have no guarantee of selection. You can pay via cash, cheque or Square at the meeting, but you must pay for each workshop separately.

If more than 20 people have signed up for each class by the end of the March 21 2016 guild meeting, spaces in the class will be selected via lottery, and participants will be advised by Monday, March 28, 2016.  Members whose names were not selected will have their cheque returned at the April guild meeting or will have their digital payments refunded by March 28th.

If the classes are not full by the end of the March 21st meeting, the spaces will be opened up to non-members for the price of $100 per workshop.

Class fees are only refundable if someone can be found to fill the space. Participants are NOT allowed to choose their own replacement if there are still people waiting in the lottery.

If you want to sign up online, please use the following PayPal button to pay for the workshops you want and then send Amy an email at amy@vancouvermodernquiltguild.ca telling her what you’ve paid for.

Signing up in advance of the meeting doesn’t change your chances of getting a spot, but it does mean it’s one less thing that you’ll have to do during break at the March meeting (trust me, there’s a lot going on in March!).
