This is a quick reminder that our next meeting will be on Monday, July 17th, 2016!
It’s time for our annual outdoor meeting! We’ll be meeting at a different location than usual so we can enjoy the summer weather at Trout Lake Park, weather permitting.
The forecast is currently showing a high of 24C on Monday with no chance of rain. But…this IS Vancouver so we have a contingency plan for Monday’s meeting. That email/Facebook post will go out at 12pm at the latest should the weather look not to enticing!!!
As with every year, family is welcome as it will be a more casual meeting. Please feel free to bring some tasty treats to share OR come early and have a lovely dinner! Again, weather permitting. A member of the executive will be at Trout Lake at 6pm to scout out a location.
