UFO Challenge

Habitat HSTs
Holly's Habitat HST quilt in progress

It’s a new year and I’m sure you’ve got tons of ideas for new quilting projects you’d like to create! But what about all those UFOs (unfinished objects) that you’ve got hanging around? The VMQG is providing some peer support to motivate you to finish off a UFO or two with our January UFO Challenge.

How it works:

1) Take a photo of a work in progress. You’re welcome to choose more than one project if you’re feeling productive!

2) Upload the photo to the VMQG’s flickr group. If you don’t have your own flickr account, you can email treasurer@vancouvermodernquiltguild.ca for instructions on using the guild’s account.

3) Finish off that UFO in the next two weeks and bring it in to the VMQG’s January 19th meeting for show and tell.

4) Enjoy the feeling of accomplishment that comes from finishing off a project. Treat yourself to something nice. Some fabric for a new project, perhaps?
