An assortment of scraps reminded During Quiet Time designer Amy Friend of confetti—what better way to celebrate the start of 2020 than a party! Let’s do it!

This pattern was my very first attempt at paper-piecing back in 2016. I love this star. If I can do it, YOU can do it. Just try it! I fell in love with the scrappy design and chose my favourite colour palette for our Block Lotto this month. Use a variety of scraps in the blue/green family and a low volume white as the background. Please try to keep it closer to white than beige/ivory.

Trim to the 1/4″ on the pattern but please do not square it up afterwards.
