We’ve decided that the Block Lotto blocks for the coming year will, for the most part, echo the shape found in that month’s Vancouver Improv Sampler inspiration photo.
That means that this month’s block lotto is TRIANGLES!
We’re using this awesome tutorial from Andy at A Bright Corner for a Scrap Bin Geese Block.
Please follow the tutorial as it’s written. We’re going to stick with the background of grey and low volume prints, but instead of everyone bringing back green blocks, we’re inviting you to use prints of any ONE colourway for the geese on each block. You’ll still just be using one colour per block, but once they’re all returned, we’ll have a rainbow of geese on our design wall!
