2nd Annual General Meeting as a non-profit society
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of Metro Vancouver Modern Quilt Guild (doing business at the Vancouver Modern Quilt Guild) (“the Guildâ€) will be held virtually this year on MONDAY JANUARY 10 at 7:00 p.m. for the following purposes:
1. to receive and consider the report of the executive and the financial statements of the
Society for the financial year ending October 31, 2021
2. to elect Executive;
3. to transact such other business as may be properly brought before the meeting, or any
adjournment thereof.
