Libs Elliot Workshop – March 7th 2026 – Y-Seams, Not Cry Seams
In this skill-builder class we focus on piecing hexagon blocks and sewing them together with two Y-seam methods. We will trouble-shoot common issues. The Mini Y-Seams pattern includes hexagons, half hexes, equilateral triangles, and diamond blocks. We’ll spend the day making the Mini Y-Seams quilt your very own by customizing it with your selection of solids and/or print fabrics. Project measures approx. 18”x20” so it’s perfect for a cushion cover or wall-hanging.
This virtual workshop will be Saturday March 7th from 10am to 2:15 pm. Cost is $65, which includes a recording of the y-seams techniques that she will send out after the class so participants can re-watch.
