Workshops, sew-ins, retreats, and other guild activities will be announced in the guild’s newsletters, at meetings, and through Vancouver MQG social media channels. Registration takes place online and payment is made by e-transfer.  In most cases, registration is on a first come, first serve basis.

 The Specifics
Payment requirements vary by event and will be clearly indicated on the registration form. Unless otherwise advised, please e-transfer payment to treasurer@vancouvermodernquiltguild.ca

Registration fees are non-refundable. Refunds will only be provided if the entire activity is cancelled. The Executive reserves the right to cancel an activity due to low registration. No refunds are given for non-attendance at any activity.

If a guild member needs to cancel, they must first contact the workshop coordinator to see if there is a waitlist. If there is no waitlist, it is the responsibility of the guild member to find a replacement. Registrations may be transferred between guild members for the same activity and payment for same must be handled by the parties involved.

Upcoming workshops will be announced in monthly newsletters and registration will be open exclusively to members for a period of one month. After this time, the Executive may open registration to other guilds in order to fill classes.
